A number of crop seed producers established the initial core of the association as the founding board on the sidelines of the 1401 Agricultural Inputs Exhibition in Bostan Daqobu, with the aim of protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests and planning and taking action to improve the economic situation of the members (employers), which in turn would ensure the protection of the interests of the community. Three elected members of the founding board began planning and organizing it.

The continuation of member meetings virtually and in person resulted in the registration of the Vegetable and Summer Seed Producers Employers' Association, with the participation of 20 members, out of 46 natural and legal persons licensed by the Seed and Seedling Registration and Certification Research Institute, at the national and regional level, on June 14 of this year under number 3232537 with the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.

Other goals of this association include creating databases, identifying and creating domestic and foreign consumer markets, studying the status and position of greenhouse crop competitors in international markets, and collecting and distributing marketing and production information.
